Hi, I’m Davette—an artist at heart, a leader by purpose, and someone who believes in the power of human connection above all else.

With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Photography, my creative journey began behind the lens, capturing emotion, light, and story. Photography taught me to see beyond the surface—to notice the overlooked, to pause in the moment, and to find beauty even in imperfection. That same lens now guides how I approach leadership, relationships, and life.

By day, I lead a Project Management Office (PMO) team in the tech world, where I focus on more than just deadlines and deliverables. My mission is to break down silos, build bridges between teams, and create environments where collaboration and trust come naturally. I don’t just manage—I lead with empathy, clarity, and intention.

But titles only scratch the surface. I’m also a deeply feeling, naturally curious, and soul-searching woman. As the oldest of three sisters, raised by a resilient single mother, I learned early on the importance of strength, compassion, and showing up for others. These values show up in everything I do—whether I’m mentoring a team member, designing a photo series, or simply listening when someone needs to be heard.

I live in Central Florida with my amazing wife Jen, our lively pack of dogs, and cats. Home is our sanctuary, filled with laughter, fur, creativity, and the occasional messy moment that keeps life real.
