Projects
One of my greatest passions is Photography and Art. I share this passion with my wife Jen Simmons. We have a website set up showcasing our work.
I have over 30 years experience in the photography field. I showed an interest in Photography since I was really young. I was always the kid with the camera. I would use up all the film my mom would buy for her instant camera. I would continue my amateur camera experience all through high school. When I started taking courses through my local community college I finally took my first photo class. That experience opened a whole world for me and I would say that's when the love affair started. After that I went to complete my BFA degree in Photography at SUNY New Paltz. There I developed skills such as subject matter, lighting, composition and other technical skills. After graduating I went to graduate school at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology). While working on my MFA in Fine Art Photo, I learned how to convey what I wanted to express as a Artist through my work. I learned further subject theory and more technical skills. Since then I have put my skills to use and continued my passion as a professional freelance photographer. I have shot many weddings, events and other assignments.. .

I also volunteer and support an Art Collective known as Creative Junk Therapy located in Brandon Florida. CJT as we loving call, it promotes recycled art and local artists. We have a gallery featuring variety of work from area artists, art classes and various outreach projects.
